experience was just a tiny sliver of yours, but this sounds like navel-gazing. The reason we lost isn't because we didn't organize well enough. The reason we lost is because too many fuckwit morons hate and fear gays. We can't out-hustle that--and we shouldn't need to try.

California was a mess on our side, but Maine was flawless. I was involved for a short period while vacationing a few weeks ago and I was blown away with how great No on 1 was.

Yes on 1 didn't even have nearly a good enough campaign. When a great campaign loses to a medicore campaign, I can't help but place the blame on one thing...the voters.
