The Senate passed HR 3688 77-18.

Well beyond the Usual Suspects, then. (Harry voted against with 16 other Dems and Kyl.)

HR 3688 sailed through the House before the recess.

(I'm not clear if a conference is needed.)

I'm not suprised the vote was big but Webb? (4.00 / 2)
He basically based his entire campaign off ending the Iraq War and free trade.

Amendments can't be added under fast track and so it will go to the president now.

Lets fight the next three and win on them!

You can basically add Clinton and Obama (0.00 / 0)
to the list. They were in Iowa for the NPR debate, so they missed the vote, but they previously indicated their support.
