Two US House elections tonight. That is kind of cool--sort of like an appetizer tray before Iowa.

Check Ohio Daily Blog and Buckeye State Blog for local perspectives. Plus, check out Laura Packard's updates.
CQ Politics on what the results would mean.
An amusing final anecdote.
Two polls from last week show conflicting results, one with Weirauch (D) narrowly leading and another with Latta (R) narrowly leading.
Numbers to look for during the returns.

VA-01

Virginia Board of Elections and Fredricksburg.com
Raising Kaine and Virginia Dem, plus on the ground reports.
No polls that I know of. The Democrat in this campaign is Phil Forgit, but Republicans are favored to retain the seat. Expectations for a close race are not as high here as they are in OH-05

Any additional information is appreciated in the comments. As far as I am concerned, I think we have already won in OH-05, no matter what happens.

We're losing -- and it's not particularly close (0.00 / 0)

Then again, if you were a swing voter or a registered independent, what HAVE the Democrats done over the past year that would motivate you to go out and cast a vote for one?

Not just swing voters... (0.00 / 0)

I always vote, and I almost always vote for the democrat, but since almost all of the republicans in missouri are nuts I don't have much choice.

But I understand why people don't vote, the democrats or at least the democratic leadership is working really hard to make it seem like there is no difference. Of course they will use these results to bolster the calls to further blur any differences. It is very very sad.
