Klobuchar and Bingaman Discussing Energy

Amy Klobuchar and Jeff Bingman

She gives a lot of credit for the global warming movement to young people organizing around activism, including groups of students and snowmobile activists, which she mentions a few times.  I asked her about including the renewable energy tax credits considering that China is on track to become a major wind turbine exporter and the number one producer in 2009 (via David Sassoon).  I also asked how Lieberman-Warner could possibly be considered bold leadership since it does not meet IPCC targets that would give us even half a shot at avoiding catastrophic climate damage.
