I'm at the Donna Edwards headquarters in Temple Hills, Maryland. Turnout is extremely low, something along the lines of 2.5% or so.

This is an open thread. I will update when I can get internet access, though if anyone wants to take the lead and update in the comments, go for it.

Edwards: 2,853
James: 189
Lincecum: 15

Um, seems like a victory to me.

District 4 covers parts of two counties, and the counties report results separately.

In Prince George's county, with 81% of precincts reporting, Donna Edwards is getting 93% of the vote.

In Montgomry County, with 65 precincts reporting (I don't know what percentage that is, but I think it's more than half), Donna is getting 67%.

I think we can safely open the Champagne.
