Network Neutrality Preserved In Stimulus

Quick note: there was a rumor floating around the Internet today that anti-network neutrality language was about to be inserted into the job stimulus package during the conference report. While I do not have any details yet, all indications are that the language was not included.

More details when they come, but net neutrality looks good--for now.
