Why just Clinton? (0.00 / 0)

I'd rather fund something from the progressive side that would go after Clinton, Obama, Edwards, Pelosi, Schumer, Emmanuel and Harry Reid.

I would much prefer, however, to fund something or someone who would focus on Bush. He continues to get away with everything while progressives are busy navel-gazing.

Because the problem is that we did focus on Bush, and we got... Dems gutting the 4th Amendment, Nancy Pelosi forcing Pete Stark to apologize, and continued funding for George's Colonialist Adventure.

I would go after Pelosi et al. (0.00 / 0)

I'm not sure that the democrats focused on Bush in 2006. I think they won because people voted out some republican incumbents. The people were and are way ahead of the democratic party. All you had to see was Schumer and Emanuel celebrating "their" victory after the elections of 2006 to know that nothing would change.

At this time, I think it would be more profitable for us to go after Pelosi, for example, than Clinton. Pelosi is comfortable as can be - taking it easy - sure in her knowledge that the dems will win in 2008. Let's put a scare in her now by supporting a challenge to her congressional seat unless she begins to express the will of the electorate.
