Operation Chaos: Clinton Wins the 'Spite' Vote in North Carolina

Al Giordano has been harping on Operation Chaos from Rush Limbaugh pretty much all week.  There's certainly reason to think that spiteful Republican voters went out and voted for Clinton, based on exit polls in North Carolina.

Check out who won the vote of those that don't trust either Obama or Clinton.  (update:  Like a number of people, I made a mistake here and did not realize that the question was basically a question about who they would vote for in the general if their non-favored primary candidate won).

North Carolina Obama versus Clinton Primary

And check out who won the vote of McCain voters that are oddly enough voting in the Democratic primary.
McCain Voters Prefer Clinton

Here's Rush Limbaugh bragging about Operation Chaos.  Whether the right-wing explicitly brought its people out to vote for Clinton or not is hard to tell, and probably impossible to distinguish from the effects of her hard-edged reactionary right-wing populist rhetoric of late.  Limbaugh certainly failed to stop McCain, and he's licking his chops at having the appearance of an effect on a political contest.  Here he is.

I just got an email right before the email started. It said, "Rush, you are the lead at TIME Magazine.com. This is madness." So I went there, and it's Mark Halperin's blog, and there is a picture of me in a blue background with all kinds of stars surrounding my beautiful face and head. And the headline above this graphic is "Chaos?!" with an exclamation point and a question mark, and it references this story that I'm holding here in my formerly nicotine-stained fingers.
