I agree with you BUT

they have a case, if they take the conservative view for every possible McCain state. For example, RCP has Virginia as lean Obama, but Pollster has it as tossup.

Of course, that isn't a very good methodology - and what's even crazier is how, supposedly, certain states "lean" McCain, such as Indiana, or even more so North Carolina, when they are so CLEARLY toss-up.

That is a flagrant violation of what the data is showing - across all maps.
