Shows from the very start what to think about this massive defrauding of hard working people: It's a crime! And all the brouhaha of those employers who get caugt, that small inority of all offenders, can only be seen as the typical excuses of the criminal who wants to avoid punishment. And what is law enforcement doing? They all but ignore this crime wave! It's scandalous.

My Original Headline Was "Stop Thief!" (4.00 / 2)

My boss has this tabloid streak in him.  But whenever I try to give him something that's real red meat, he suddenly gets cold feet.

For a blog post, I think this is actually a better title, as it tells you more about the content.  But if you want a headline to grab folks' attention, I think that "Stop Thief!" is pretty hard to beat.
