Obama vows to ‘redouble’ efforts toward bipartisanship (doubledown)

Sigh.

In his chat with reporters, Obama also admitted that in the depths of the economic crisis after 2008, he had neglected to live up to his vows of bipartisanship and said he would "redouble" his efforts in that area.

Seems he is soooo.... nice that he is going all out to make us feel less & less

sorry when he goes on unemployment in 2012. What a nice guy - so nice that he doesn't belong in politics.

"My expectation is, when I sit down with (Republican leaders) along with Democratic leaders ... they are not going to want to just obstruct, they are going to want to engage constructively."

That explains it.

We didn't do enough to reach out to the arsonists who started this fire.

Now if the firemen would just stop complaining and find ways to work with us, I'm sure we can put the flames out.
