A reader sends in this screenshot:

Also, last week, when bankers swarmed Capitol Hill to influence backing legislation, John Boehner told them: "don't let those little punk staffers take advantage of you." Since then, some staffers are taking the term "little punk staffer" back. Barney Frank made buttons!

I still have my "Another Nice Lady for Katy" button (0.00 / 0)

that was our slogan to elect a smart woman to the Pasadena, California, school board during a hotly contested election some decades ago. The opposition thought they could use the phrase in a derogatory manner, but it became a rallying cry. Good for Rep. Barney Frank!

the gop (0.00 / 0)

has nothing to add to the legislative process, name calling, threats, and intimidation is all they have at their disposal, or more accurately those are all they are intellectually capable of handling.
